Data Ownership

On account creation, you are establishing a method by which you can add and upload your data to our services. By uploading your data here, it remains your data, and you remain liable for any legal consequences of your ownership of said data.

If we have reason to believe that data you have uploaded to our services breaks any laws in:

• The nation in which our server stores data
• The United Kingdom in which our organisation is based

Then, we reserve the right to delete the copy of your data you have submitted to us, or to share that data with the relevant law enforcement agencies.

Generated and Provided Data

Any data generated by our services is shared with you under the understanding that you will not attempt any illegal activities using such data.

We retain the right to withdraw access to our data at any time and for any reason.

Your Rights as a User

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. Your data will be removed from our systems, and you will then lose the ability to log in.

You have the right to stop using our systems at any time.

Cookies

We require the use of a session tracking cookie to identify logged in users.

We use no other cookies on this site. We do not permit third parties to track users on our site.

Access Restrictions

Persons under any oversight (e.g. with a legal guardian) are required to have permission, either implicit or explicit, from a guardian, to use each and every feature of this site.
